Our Sea Shell is located in the Sunset Cottages Condominium complex 
which is "Gulf Side" ....just 100 yards from the beach on Okaloosa 
Island, Fort Walton Beach, Florida.  No roads to cross!! It is a 
second floor, one bedroom, one bath, 800 sq.ft. condo built in 
2000.  It has spectular views of the "sugar sand beaches and emerald 
waters" of the Gulf of Mexico from windows and balconies.  Combine 
the views with the ocean breeze, and there is no better way to spend 
the evening after a day of fun in the sun.

The condo is beautifully decorated in soft relaxing sea colors and 
seashell decor abounds. The master bedroom has its own private 
additional entrance to the bathroom, a deluxe euro-top king-size 
bed, tv with dvd/vcr and full cable, and a private balcony.  There is a 
spacious hallway with built-in twin bunk beds, and a queen-size 
sleeper sofa in the great room.  The condo can sleep up to six 
people. The main living area has large windows and french doors 
opening onto a second balcony with views of the Gulf.  Also in the 
main living area, there is a second TV with full cable, DVD/VCR, and 
stereo. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining table 
that seats up to 6 people.

The unit is equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and 
blow dryer. Many other supplies are provided for your comfort and 
convenience. 

The Sunset Cottages complex has a private pool with restrooms, 
outside shower, and a large deck area for chillin and grillin. 

The condo is located just minutes away from great family 
entertainment including: amusement parks, boating excursions,charter 
fishing, Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, golf, go-carts, The 
Gulfarium, mini-golf, parasailing, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, scuba 
and snorkeling, watercraft rentals, Big Kahunas Water Park, and 
some of the best restaurants and seafood anywhere!
