Off-season June thru Sept. at $ 2,000-$ 2,500/month. Depending on 
market conditions. 

Long term rates available. No pets. No smoking. Max occupancy 
limited to 5 people per unit. Until confirmed , rates are subject to 
change. 

Security deposit of $ 300 is refundable. 25% deposit is required to 
reserve dates.
