All rates are plus 9% state sales tax and $75 cleaning fee.
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required to secure a
reservation, paid in advance of check-in and refundable after
departure upon inspection of unit provided no damages, excessive
cleaning or telephone charges are incurred and all keys and gate
cards are returned.
A $500 security deposit is required for rentals of one month or more.
For refund of deposit, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to
arrival for rentals of one month or less. For rentals of one month
or more a 60 day cancellation is required. Reservations made within
30 days are subject to the same policy.
Visa, Mastercard, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Travelers Checks
accepted. Personal checks are accepted for security deposit only or
for rentals of one month or longer.
