This one-bedroom condominium unit in Treasure Island is across the 
street from the beach. It can sleep up to 4 people. There are two 
twin beds in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room. The 
kitchen is fully equipped, including all the cooking utensils. The 
living room offers TV, VCR, and a phone. The unit includes A/C. 
Linens and towels are provided.Laundry facility on site.

Beach chairs and patio furniture are included.

The unit is very clean, updated annually and available for rent only 
twice per year!

The parking lot is outside.
The complex has an outside swimming pool right on the beach.

Water sports, swimming, biking, golfing, shopping, fishing, diving, 
snorkling, and much more!
