Rentals are monthly.  Discounts will be negotiated for multiple month 
rentals.  Third floor of a four floor building - elevator and stairs 
nearby.  Beautiful bright and airy kitchen off Foyer with fully 
stocked kitchen equipped with all new appliances (just supply your 
own food)!   Kitchen opens up to living room/dining room combo all 
decorator furnished in Florida colors. Dining room furnished with 
dining table and 4 chairs.  Living room furnished with queen sized 
sofa bed, club chair and triple wall unit with T.V., VCR and DVD 
player and CD stero system. Sliders off living room lead to screened 
lanai which overlooks a lake and the 5th hole of the golf course and 
is furnished with a table with 4 chairs.  The guest bedroom is 
situated across from the kitchen and is furnished with two twin beds, 
night stand, dresser, computer desk and chair with large walk-in 
closet.  A Comcast High Speed Internet Service is provided at no 
charge to our tenants.  The guest bathroom is ceramic with a 
tub/shower combo.  The washer/dryer closet is also located on this 
end of the condo.  Opposite the washer/dryer area is a fully stocked 
linen closed stocked with sheets, blankets, pillows,towels, etc.  The 
master bedroom is located opposite the living room and contains 2 
walk-in closets and large ceramic bathroom with glass and ceramic 
shower and double sinks.  Master bedroom is furnished with a king 
sized bed, 2 night stands an armoir housing a 20" TV/DVD combo and a 
large comfortable club chair.  Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and 
living room.  All televisions are hooked to cable.  Each unit has 
numbered covered parking space and plenty of visitor spaces are 
available.  Portable telephones are in each bedroom and the kitchen 
has a corded phone.  Comcast High speed internet connection is 
provided.  Legends Golf and Country Club is a gated community located 
a short distance from I-75 and the Airport.  Close to Bonita Beach, 
Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands.  The golf course is a 
full 18-hole golf course, not a par 3.  Also in this resort style 
community is a 2.5 mile walking trail, tennis courts, snack bar, pro 
shop, restaurant, computer room, card room, pool room, gym and 
exercise room for aerobics of all types.  Water fitness is also 
offered in the clubhouse pool.  This pool is picturesque with a 
continuous flow water fall.  The pool is large and surrounded by 
lounge chairs.  There is also a spa in the pool area.  The Clubhouse 
is approximately .7 miles from the condo.  However, there is a 
smaller pool near the building for use by the condo tenants.  

There is plenty of shopping, entertainment and restraunts nearby. 

There is a one-time fee of $150 to transfer the golf membership(this 
fee is subject to change). This allows you unlimited green fees at 
no additional charge -- cart rental fee of $10.50 (cart fees subject 
to change).  There is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $114.45 - 
$130.80 and an 11% Florida Tax will be added. Security deposit of 
$750.00 is required upon initial signing of the lease.
