Property Rates 
In Season - Jan 1- Apr 30/May 28 - Sep 5 
$700 per week - $2000 Per Month 
      Special rates for longer terms 2 - 3 months
Off Season - Sept 6 - Dec 31/ May 1 - May 28
$550 per week - $1600 Per Month - $90 Per Night, (Only off-season, 
Minimum 3 Nights)

All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless special 
arrangements are made. All rentals are subject to 12.5% resort tax & 
$65 cleaning fee. 

Advance reservations are required, along with a $400
reservation/damage deposit. (Refunded within 30 days after 
departure)  Credit Cards are accepted. In-Season holiday week-ends 
require minimum 1 week rental.
