beach and Tennis Club, located directly across the street from 
Santini Marina Plaza, at which there are a number of stores, 
including a drug store,a stationery store with a U.S. Post Office 
outlet,a hardware store,a bank, restaurants,a marina with boat 
rentals, gift and clothing stores,a book store, etc. There is also a 
public golf course further down the street. There is a trolley which 
stops in front of the complex, so come on down and experience it for 
yourself. The fare is 25 cents. 
The complex grounds are private and beautifully maintained with open 
lounge areas by the pool and the property. There is a nice grassy 
area also for children to play. 
Special off-Season Rates: from May - Oct.,the weekly rental rate is 
1/2 of the in-season rate.
