Charlotte's House is a beautiful home overlooking a 12,000 square 
foot swimming pool, just steps from your door along a palm tree-
lined walkway. The house has three large bedrooms and a 4th enclosed 
bunk bedroom with its own TV, dresser, etc.  Each of the bedrooms 
has its own TV, phone, etc.  Two master suites (one King and 
one Queen) have their own private baths. The third Queen bedroom, 
bunk room, and bath are on the ground floor.  A sofabed provides 
additional sleeping for a total of 10.  And there’s a total of 3.5 
baths, so there's no waiting!

Enjoy your own private hot tub to relax after a hard day of playing. 
Charlotte's House has all the things you'd expect in your own home - 
stereo, DVD/VCRs, TVs in every room, washer/dryer, master 
bath with whirlpool, even a rare garage to keep your car cool. Enjoy 
the beautiful ocean waves, golf at the new Fazio-designed Camp Creek 
golf course, swim, fish, and relax at this lovely home in the new 
private community of Seacrest Beach.  Amphitheater and stage in 
place for future intimate concerts next to the pool.  If you need 
more space for your group, Johnny’s Hide-Away adjoins Charlotte’s 
House, a perfect combination for family reunions while still 
preserving your privacy.

Seacrest Beach is located halfway between Destin and Panama City.  
Known for its crystal blue ocean and white sugar sand, Seacrest 
Beach is the perfect location to enjoy the beauty and serenity of 
the ocean.  And when you’re not lounging by the huge pool or beach, 
explore the many other recreational opportunities nearby.  Snorkel 
at Shell Island, take a dinner cruise or glass bottom boat ride from 
one of the marinas, go deep sea fishing for grouper, red snapper, 
sail fish, and tuna, and watch the playful dolphins. The kids will 
love the amusement parks, miniature golf, and aquarium.  Adults will 
enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Go parasailing, rent a PWC or 
boat, go crabbing in the bay, or rent a bicycle.

The house is fully furnished with linens, however, bring your own 
beach towels.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, 
cookware, dishes and utensils.  Nearby grocery stores include Winn 
Dixie Marketplace and Publix.

Recommended airport is Panama City Airport (PFN).

Restrictions:  Rentals to anyone under the age of 25 is prohibited.

Spring: $1550/week plus 11% tax.  Cleaning is included.  No fees.

Summer:  $1850/week plus 11% tax.  Cleaning is included. No fees.
Late Summer:  $1750/week plus 11% tax.  Cleaning included for weekly.
Fall: $1250/week plus 11% tax. Cleaning included for weekly stays.
Winter Snowbirds:  $1250/week or $1850 for a whole month plus tax!

Deposit: We require a $300.00 Security/Reservatiion Deposit which 
will be refunded within 30 days if there is no damage.
