bedrooms, two bathrooms on East side, and one bedroom, one bathroom 
on West side. It sits in a quiet neighborhood of Anna Maria Island, 
and is a short walking distance to the beach.

Master bedroom, and twin beds in 2nd bedroom. 2 Shower stalls/no 
bath tub.  The 2-Br unit includes 1442 sq ft.of living space with an 
additional patio and/or sunroom that is 360 sq. ft.

One Bedroom unit has a full kitchen, microwave, stove, refrigerator, 
air conditioning, TV, and Sofa bed in living room. Twin beds in 
bedroom. This 1-Br unit has 640 sq.ft. of living space with an 
additional 280 sq.ft. of outdoor concrete patio area at the rear of 
the house.
Shower/Bath-Tub in bathroom. Privacy patio in back.
No Garage, but driveway available for parking.

Cable TV. Basic phone service. Gas Grill for each unit.  All linens 
provided, 
including extra pillows, blankets and beach towels!!  
Full kitchens in both units including plates, silverware, kitchen- 
utinsils, pots, pans,coffee pot, etc.

Non-Smoking.

No pets.

neighborhood trolley will take you where you want to go at no 
charge!!
 Escape to a beautiful area where the sunsets are spectacular, the 
waters aquamarine, and enjoy the tropical breezes overlooking the 
Gulf. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
There is plenty of beach fun, fishing, biking, shopping, boating, 
and 
golf.  The  Mote Aquarium, Selby Gardens and Planetarium are close 
by 
in Sarasota, and  several Florida attractions are just a quick drive 
away.  

Winter Rates  (December through April)
  * 2 Bedroom East Side:  $900.00/week, $2600.00/month
  * 1 Bedroom West Side:  $600.00/week, $1600.00/month
  

Summer Rates  (May through August)
* 2 Bedroom East Side:  $800.00/week, $1800.00/month
* 1 Bedroom West Side:  $475.00/week, $ 1000.00/month

Fall Rates, or "Off Season"  (September-November)
* 2 Bedroom East Side:  $675.00/week  $1500.00/month
* 1 Bedroom West Side:  $425.00/week  $800.00/month

 On weekly requests, a $500.00 deposit is required to hold a 
reservation. On a month-long or longer request, $1000.00 is required 
to hold reservation, and will be held as a "damage deposit".  This 
will be refunded to you after your departure, and rental has been 
inspected for any damages above normal wear and tear. A $75.00 
cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
The total rent, plus 10.5% (including sales & resort tax) is due 30 
days prior to occupancy.
On 6-month or longer rentals,  a security deposit of $1000.00 is 
required,  with 1st and last month's rent. 
Pets on premises will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
