Note: All 3-day rentals will be considered after giving preference
to weekly/monthly rentals. Add-on days (for weekly/monthly rentals)
of an extra day or more will be accommodated for rentals which do
not conflict with other reservations. Add-on day(s) are subject to
availability and quoted on request.
Rates Do Not Include 9% sales taxes (6% FL and 3% County)nor $75
cleaning fee.For weekly and shorter term rentals, a refundable
security deposit of $200 will be collected to hold your desired
reservation date. Monthly or more than one week rental periods and/or
full seasonal rentals require a deposit of $400. Deposit will be
returned promptly upon your departure, assuming no damages to
the property. Payment in full for your vacation stay is required
prior to occupancy and is due 30 days in advance of your
arrival date for weekly and shorter term rentals and 60 days in
advance of your arrival date for monthly and seasonal rentals. All
peak Summer Month Rentals are from Saturday-to-Saturday (7 nights).
Sorry, no pets are allowed and we prefer Non-Smokers, please.
