Beautifully remodeled and redecorated bungalow, has an open floor 
plan with great room and privacy with bedrooms at either end. It has 
all new walls, ceilings, carpet, flooring, appliances and fully 
outfitted kitchen, and all linens included. 
Furnishings and fabrics are in light airy beige, cream and white. 

The 2 outdoor living spaces are our favorite places to be. 
The large fully furnished screened lanai is enclosed by a lush 
tropical garden that gives you complete privacy while providing a 
lovely view. You can dine and relax there whenever you like. It's 
especially pretty at night when it's illuminated. The patio is also 
large and fully furnished, and is also enclosed by a gorgeous garden 
and a gated arbor. You can grill and dine there, as well as read, 
sun and snooze on the cushioned chaise lounges.  The utility room 
with storage and washer/dryer opens off the lanai.
 
The Great Room seats 6 comfortably for relaxing and TV, and 4 for 
dining. There are also dining areas in the lanai and on the patio. 
The entertainment center has 32" cable plus TV and DVD/VHS. There is 
also a CD/stereo/radio. 

Master suite has comfy king bed, dressing room area with vanity and 
sink, private tub/shower bath, triple dresser with matching bedside 
tables, built-in desk area and 3 roomy closets.  

The Guest Bedroom may be made up as king or twin beds and has 
matching bedside tables, bureau, 2 closets and private entry to 
lanai and outside. Guest bath has large vanity and tub/shower.

Dine by candlelight in the lanai, then stroll to the harbor for a 
cool drink or a relaxing swim and soothing jacuzzi. 
Bungalow owners live in the community from Nov through May, so we're 
there if you need us.

 


 

Our garden bungalow is about a block (four houses) from the 
Caloosahatchie River. The waterfront area with marina, two pools, 
tennis and shuffleboard, recreation area and lovely clubhouse are at 
the water's edge. Old Bridge Village is a gated, 24-hour security 
community of nicely kept yards and gardens and friendly neighbors 
happy to answer your questions.
Old Bridge has beautiful landscaping, and residents walk and bike 
and golf cart its palm-lined streets for recreation and enjoyment.
There are is also a fitness center with exercise equipment, pool & 
pingpong tables, bocce and horse shoe playing areas, a putting 
green, driving net, and chipping area.
 

There is great golf nearby, and golfing groups are always welcoming 
new participants. Activities include everything from cards, dance, 
chorus, softball, crafts, bocce, horseshoes, shuffleboard teams... 
more than anyone person could possibly do!

You can fish right from the pier, or put your boat in a slip and 
head right out into the wide Caloosahatchie, with its great Gulf 
access.

There's great entertainment at the waterfront Clubhouse. This year's 
roster includes John Davidson. And you can participate in yacht Club 
events like "Boat to Lunch," "Poker Runs" and other trips. Just sign 
up at the Clubhouse.

Saturday morning coffee sessions at the Clubhouse are a great way to 
meet people and find out what's happening at Old Bridge.

It's really a great, friendly, wonderful place to be!
