TV Sitting and Game Room:  Very comfortable lounge chair for the 
captain.  Sleeper sofa (queen bed).  Large TV, VCR, DVD,  Stereo 
radio with CD player.  Game table and bookshelves with cards, games, 
and puzzles provided. Opens to kitchen and Florida room with views 
of the Gulf.

All rates subject to a 6.5% sales tax, 4.0% resort tax, and a $75 
cleaning fee.  A deposit of $500 (for 1 to 2 weeks) or $1000 (for 3 
or more weeks) is required to hold the reservation.  The full amount 
of rent and tax is due 30 days prior to occupancy.  Arrival time is 
Saturday at 3:00 PM and departure time is Saturday at 10:00 AM.  
Deposits are refundable only if property is re-leased for the same 
rental period.
