Summer Rates (5/21 to 9/10)        $925 per week   $190 per night rentals
 
Winter Rates (Sep 10 to Dec 15)    $775 per week   $165  per night

Winter 2008 Rates (Dec 16,2007 to Mar 15, 2007) $775 per week  2325 per
month, $165 per night.

Please call for special rates in October and December.

$25.00 nonrefundable administration fee.

$50.00 nonrefundable adminstraive fee for cancellations

Cleaning fee $70.00.
