Spring break period, March thru April 4 of 2009, is currently booked.  

   

Summer Rate:   $5250 per week     plus tax and cleaning

                    Also have owners suite available,two bedroom, in same home. 
                    King size bed, additional kitchen, bath and living room and private deck
                    Adding this suite is $1000 (+tax and cleaning)and brings totals to 11 bedrooms
 
   
Non-summer season is Sept 5 through May 25 excluding spring break period

   Non-summer rate   $600 per night, 3 night minimum
                     $3600 per week (this is one night free)   


   For fall and winter we also have a 4 Bedroom or 5 Bedroom arrangment 

               4 bedroom  sleeps 8        rate $2250 per week
               5 bedroom  sleeps 10       rate $2500 per week
  
                  Each of these configurations include the 2500 sq foot 
                   lower level with large kitchen, living room and game room.        

Spring break reservations by special arrangement. Rates similar to summer with certain discounts.
