Prices range from $600 per week during off-season to $800 week 
during summer season.  Holidays may be higher.  
We also offer monthly rates starting at $1450 per month.  Prices 
include taxes.

Amenities include pool, tennis, golf, pier fishing, and relaxing 
views.  The kitchen is set up with lobster pot, wine glasses, oyster 
knives, and everything needed for your dining pleasure. 
We also have boat slips on the Carrabelle River and dry storage at 
the Carrabelle Boat Club should you want to bring your boat.
Parking is enclosed underneath.  

Our area is very natural and pristine.  If you love nature, you'll 
love us.  Golfing, fishing, beachcombing, sunbathing, bird-watching, 
nature walks (about 70% of our county is State or National forests & 
estauaries full of wildlife & marinelife), boating, kayaking, 
collecting artifacts, and serenity.  

This luxury villa is beautiful, very private, handicapped 
accessible, and furnished very 
nicely with a mixture of new and some antiques and original 
paintings.  It overlooks St. James Bay Golf Course and a small 
tranquil lake in front of the building.  This 18 hole golf course is 
a world-class course that just opened in 2004.  The course is just 
across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.  Along with this rental 
is access to the Gulf.  A beautiful park area has been landscaped 
and gated offering a 250' pier, cooking area, playground, bathhouse, 
and picnic area.  We also have three docks on the Carrabelle River 
for your boating, fishing, or viewing pleasure.
The condo has two large bedrooms. Master opens up onto the balcony 
and has a seating area for reading & relaxing.  The master bath is 
all tiled with garden tub & separate tiled shower.  There is a his & 
hers sinks.  The kitchen is a dream kitchen with top of the line 
stainless steel appliances and everything you need for entertaining.
There is a 60' TV, cd player, satellite tv.  Enclosed parking 
underneath and a huge elevator.  The condo is handicapped accessible 
with large hallways and baths.  
There is an enclosed pool, clubhouse, pro shop, restaurant & lounge, 
tennis, and ofcourse, beautiful 18-hole course.
Just westof St. James is Carrabelle full of marinas and rental boats 
& captains just waiting to take you off-shore, bay & flat fishing, 
and fresh-water river fishing.  
Also to the west are the beautiful white sandy beaches of Carrabelle 
Beach & St. George Island beaches.  These beautiful white sandy 
beaches are some of the most desirable in the world.  Enjoy 
swimming, sunbathing, shelling, snorkeling, and surf-fishing. 
Carrabelle Beach is only 5-10 minutes away and St. George 25-30 
minutes.  
Also to the west is the historic town of Apalachicole full of 
historic homes, artistic shops, great restaurants, and a bustling 
waterfront full of shrimp, scallop, and pleasure boats. Fresh 
seafood is abundant, and if you haven't tried our 
famous "Apalachicola Bay Oyster", then you're missing out.  
July, August and part of September is scallop season for individual 
consumption.  You'll see lots of snorkelers in the bays searching 
for those sweet, tasty scallops.
If you're bringing a boat, we have three docks on the Carrabelle 
River that can be used during your stay.  Just inquire when 
reserving.
