25 units, which wrap themeselves around the pool.

The living-rooms are equipped with a cable TV/VCR and/or DVD.  The 
kitchens are fully equipped with all modern appliances and have 
breakfast bars and separate dining areas.  There are utility closets 
in each unit with washer/dryers.

rentals are available throughout Scenic Route 30A.

Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700 acres of old, unmarked 
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas.  The sand-
dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach 
area, within a mile or two of the unit.

Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature 
trails, picnic areas.

Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou .. 
a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped 
oaks.

Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises, 
watersports can be found in nearby Destin.  Extensive kids 
attractions and amusements can be found in nearby Panama City Beach.
