get scallops when in season (July thru early September).

Standard Rate ....................... $1200/week up to six persons
Nightly Rate......................... $ 200/night (two night minimum)
Additional per person nightly charge for 7 people or 
more .................................$25/night
Friday Afternoon to Sunday Afternoon. $ 500/weekend stay up to six 
persons
Holidays............................. $1500/week up to six persons
7% Florida tax added to above rates.  
$250 refundable damage deposit.
$75 cleaning fee is required for all rentals
