You will step into tropical paradise when you open the sliders from 
the house to the pool, lanai, and dock. House feels like you are living outdoors when you open all 
of the sliders.  Beautiful home that is well 
equipped offers your own private heated pool right outside your door, 
private dock in back yard, and an outstanding location.  
Bring your boat, the dock has deep water sailboat access to Charlotte 
Harbor and is close to the yacht club.  There is an outdoor shower 
in the pool area.  Dock has power and lighting.  

When you visit Punta Gorda, you will be surrounded by 
boating, fine restaurants, spas, art galleries, and golfing.  You 
will enjoy the comforts of your own home with a large screen tv in 
the livingroom that has surround sound both indoors and outside on 
the lanai.  Punta Gorda is a small fishing village with great
entertainment.    

This location is close to Fisherman's Village that offers something 
for everyone in the family.  With harbor views for dining, boat 
rentals, games for the kids, exciting shops, ice cream, live island 
style entertainment, and art events that include local artisans.  
There is also a small beach at the end of the street and also larger 
beach complex just short drive away.  You can also rent or charter a 
boat to take you to small islands where you can spend the day or 
just have a quiet picnic.  The downtown area is filled with fine 
shops, entertainment, restaurants, etc.    

There are two (or three) bedrooms and two baths in this tropical 
home complete with pool and palm trees.  The master bath has walk in 
custom over sized glass shower, pillow top mattress, king bed, sliders 
to pool/lanai, ceiling fan, 
large closet.   

Although there is central air conditioning, fans are in each of the 
bedrooms.  For your convenience there are tv's in each bedroom. 
Your tropical island style home opens to the pool with lights, 
music, fan, and table for dining.  Two car garage for your cars and 
plenty of parking for visitors in circular driveway.

There is cable tv, dvd player, and internet access.  Free U.S. & Canada  
calls.  Cable provided and additional movie rentals are next to the grocery store.
All comforts of home such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, central a/c or heat,
& 2 car garage to keep car cool. 

Boating, fishing, beach, parks, art galleries, shopping, 
restaurants, spas, live entertainment-concerts for the family at the 
waterfront park, golf, marinas.  Dinner reservations are suggested 
in season.  

Due to the seasonal visitors to the area, please think about booking this 
home in advance of your winter vacation plans.

Security Deposit required $200 weekly and $1000 monthly or seasonal.  

Security deposit will be held and returned if rental is in same 
condition as check in and/or no damage, otherwise $150 cleaning fee and/or damage fee will be 
applicable.
