The home is located on the award winning Southern Dunes Golf & 
Country Club located south of Orlando within easy driving distance 
of all the Disney Parks and attractions and within about an hour of 
either coast.  

This brand new fully air conditioned villa is very spacious and 
consists of lounge, dining room, master bedroom with king sized bed, 
en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet, bedroom 2 has queen 
sized bed, en-suite bathroom and large closet, bedrooms 3 & 4 have 
twin beds and share another bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is 
fitted with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice 
maker, iron and ironing board and with washing machine and dryer 
located in the double garage. The house is also equipped with hair 
dryer, DVD player, cable TV, and hi-fi system and at the rear of the 
house is a private screened pool complete with pool furniture.
