Rent for the month of January and get away from the cold 



On The Beach “Folly” is the  perfect place to escape and unwind while 
looking your windows or from one of the two decks.  The panoramic 
view is from every room in the townhouse.  Secluded, off of the 
beaten path, yet still in the middle of all you can want.
A bike ride or a walk to 30A is only minutes.  Grayton Beach, 
Seaside, or Rosmary Beach are just a 10-15 minute walk or ride away.  
The entire road of 30A has a wonderful bike path, so if you don’t 
bring a bike just rent one from any of the many places there are with 
rental bikes, or maybe even a sailboat. 

 This area of the Florida Panhandle is known as the Emerald Coast 
because of the clear to turquoise water and the sugar white sand 
beaches.  “Folly is located on the western end of Walton Dunes so 
that you look out, not only at the water, but also you can watch the 
wildlife in the adjoining park.  The eastern end of the units is 
right beside Deer Lake.  There are no high  rise condos to block your 
view.  

Even though we are off of the beaten path at the end of Beach Front 
Trail, we are 30 minutes from Ft. Walton, Destin, or Panama City.  
The airports of Panama City or Ft. Walton are easy in and out.  This 
location makes the shopping at the outlet malls, movies, golf, and 
wonderful restaurants just minutes away.

The town house sleeps four adults, or 2 adults and two children.  The 
location means that there is NO Traffic.  The spacious kitchen is 
well equipped with dishwasher, disposal, icemaker, and a microwave.  
Upstairs, next to the two bedrooms are a full size washer and dryer.  
We are equipped with plenty of linens and the initial paper products.

Each of the bedrooms upstairs has it’s own bath.  The master has the 
deck overlooking the gulf, while the guest room has windows that look 
out over the gulf.  The master has a queen size bed and the guest 
room has a double.  There is plenty of closet space.

“Folly” is beachfront, so you walk right out your door into a covered 
carport, with an outdoor shower onto the beach.  The beach offers 
lots of sun, fishing, or just a stroll.  Do bring lots of sunscreen.  

The “Folly” is perfectly suited to a family environment. Dont forget 
the fall months are wonderful.

Phone and answering machine, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, 
Microwave, Ceiling Fans in every room, Covered Parking, Charcoal 
Grill (BBQ) and an Outdoor shower.  Sorry No Pets, and Please No 
Smoking.

Activities (on site or Nearby)
Snorkel, dive, sail, water-ski, surfing, windsurf, parasail, or jet 
ski in the crystal clear water right in front of your vacation home!  
Rental bikes delivered to your door.  Just minutes away is golfing, 
tennis or shopping in the wonderful outlet mall.  Don’t forget the 
wonderful restaurants.
