rental is directly on the beach. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with the
pictures below is spacious and accommodating. Bring your beach towels
with you, the rest is here. Full kitchen with all the utensils for
cooking a holiday meal, large dining room overlooking the Gulf of
Mexico. The bedrooms have queen beds, one soft and the other one firm.
You may choose to sit on the covered porch, or you may enjoy a walk 
to Historic BridgeStreet with various shops and restaurants. Be sure 
to walk to the end of BridgeStreet onto the city pier, where you can 
sit on a large wooden swing and feel the breeze on the bay.

Beach house on the blue/green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  Water 
sports and activities abound, swimming, fishing, wind 
surfing, para-sailing etc.  So many excellent restaurants with-in 
walking distance to the house, also the City Pier on the bay with 
covered swings.
Easy day trips to Disney World, Busch Gardens, Parrot Jungle, 
Universal Studios, Sea World, Sunken Gardens, Ringling Museum, Mote 
Marine Research Laboratory, Pelican Man Bird Santuary, etc.  
Close to Sarasota, Longboat Key, and St. Armond Key Anna Maria 
Island supports four well-maintained public beaches, Bayfront Park 
Beach, Manatee Beach, Cortez Beach, and Coquina Beach. There are 
three fishing piers: Anna Maria, Rod & Reel and Bradenton Beach. 
Tennis: There are public courts in Anna Maria and Holmes Beach. 
Golf: Manatee/Sarasota bi-county area provides a choice of more than 
45 courses ranging from tight executive par threes to challenging 
championship 18s. The internationally famous David Leadbetter Golf 
Academy is also located in Bradenton.
