Rental rates are: Jan $3300, Feb $3700.00, March $3700.00, April 
$3100.00. May-Nov $1900.00, Dec $2900.00.

All rental contracts and fees are to be paid directly to on-site 
rental management company. Rental contract required. A $500.00 
deposit is required and payment in full is to be made to the rental 
office in advance of arrival. 

Other Fees required are; $214 to transfer golf membership, Greatly 
reduced Greens  and Cart Fees. Approximately $35 for 18 holes and 
Cart. Membership includes immediate family only (Husband, Wife and 
Children under 21). Florida Sales Tax, $88.00 Cleaning Fee and 
$500.00 refundable deposit also required.
