The beach is so close that you can almost leap into 
the ocean from the balcony of this beach front 3-BR condo within 
walking distance of Seaside. Located in the Emerald Hill 
community, the condo has undergone a major refurbishment--new
Travertine tile flooring, new furniture, new paint. The two-story unit
features one bedroom on the main level (queen bed) and two bedrooms
upstairs. The large upstairs master bedroom (king bed) features a
magnificent view of the beach and ocean as well as a balcony
overlooking the beach. The third bedroom has two double beds. There is
a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer.  Includes
garage parking for one vehicle and a pad for the second vehicle (2
vehicles maximum).
