Minimum stay of one month.  Rates include local phone, electricity, 
cable, and water.
A $500 security deposit upon acceptance will secure the condo.  
Deposit will be fully refundable if contract is cancelled before 90 
days prior to lease.  Non-refundable within 90 days of lease.  First 
and last month rent due 30 days prior to occupying condo.  Security 
deposit will be refunded 30 days after departure.  Small dogs 
allowed, 
however, a non-refundable pet fee of $250 will apply in addition to  
security deposit.
