the early 1900’s when this area was known as the “Golden Crescent,” 
of Tarpon Springs- famous for visits by notables of government,the 
stage, the screen, and the arts.  Sip lemonade from your rocker on 
our spacious front porch overlooking Spring Bayou.  Across the 
street from our home is Craig Park, which is used for many local 
festivals.  The dock at the Bayou (which can be viewed from our 
front porch) is also noted for the cross diving ceremony on Epiphany 
Day in January.  As thousands of spectators, national news 
reporters, and network cameras record the moment, teenage boys 
search for the cross.  The retriever emerges triumphantly from the 
water and is brought on the shoulders of the other divers to the 
Archbishop and to the famous St. Nicholas Cathedral.  It is believed 
that the cross retriever receives a special lifelong blessing from 
God. 

We are located on a large, corner lot- we have a huge side yard 
overlooking the bayou...perfect for games, lounging or barbeques.

shop in the antique district or from downtown hike/walk/bike the 
famous Pinellas Trail an old railroad route which stretches along

Docks- an old greek village along the Anclote River where you can 
take tours, enjoy restuarants and listen to lively greek music.  For 
$3.00 per person you can ride the Old fashioned trolley all around 
town all day every day- the trolley stop is right across the street 
from our home.  Area beaches- Sunset Beach, Howard Park/Beach, Lake 
Tarpon & MORE are about 10 minutes away as are many state and county 
parks.  Pick grapefruits, oranges, lemons and limes from our citrus 
trees in December/January.  We even have pineapple plants! Our cozy 
home was built 70 years ago and housed generations of families who 
helped establish the sponge and fishing industry in Tarpon Springs.  
It is very private and comfortable, with large rooms which make it 
easy to entertain or have quiet time.  Our cottage is not surrounded

Airport) & Clearwater (Airport).  We are 2 hours west of Orlando

Our home has been completely rennovated within the past 2 years 
and has over 1800 square feet of space.  It is a clean, comfortable 
and easy to live in home.  It features all wood and slate style tile 
floors.  The home originally had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but we use 
the den/office and recreation room as bedrooms which makes it a 
spacious 4 bedroom.  Bedroom #1 features queen size bed, Bedroom #2 
features double bed, Bedroom #3/Front office feaures twin daybed 
with trundle and looks out to Spring Bayou! Bedroom #4/Recreation 
Room features double pull out couch.  Bedrooms 1 and 2 have spacious 
closets and bedrooms 3 and 4 have dressers and armoires.  Home 
features original 1937 art deco full bathroom.  There is roomy 
seating for 6 at the mahaogany dining room table and seating for 2 
in kitchen at the bar on stools.  The modernized kitchen has all new 
stainless steel appliances.  No washer and dryer but free 24 hour 
laundry service is available. There are TV/DVD/VCR units in the 
Living Room and Master Bedroom. We have a well stocked DVD/Video 
library and a storage trunk full of family games.  Infant and 
toddler pack and play provided if needed. A charcoal grill is also 
provided for the use of our guests.  Local phone/internet and cable 
available.  Linens and towels provided. Pots, Pans, China and 
utensils provided.  Grocery/convenience/drug stores within 5 minute 
drive.  If you need any other information- just ask!          

Tarpon Springs is your home away from home.  We offer many 
activities like antiquing, boating, fishing, swimming and golfing.  
There are beaches, county and state parks, and recreation areas and 
museums nearby.  We are surrounded by award winning restaurants.  
You can purchase Cuban cigars, hand made soaps, natural sponges and 
delicious greek pastries.  There are endless tours available- 
fishing, boating and historical tours.  There are aquariums in 
Tarpon Springs, Clearwater and Tampa.  Free parking at area 
beaches.  Busch Gardens/Tampa Airport is 45 minutes away- depending 
on traffic.  There is a shuttle available from the airport.  We are 
approximately 45 minutes west of I-75....and we are 2 hours west of 
Orlando (Disney/Universal/Themeparks).  Lots to do at our beautiful 
and relaxing villa.        

$145.00 per night with a 5 night minimum.  $1000.00 weekly, May-
September $2250.00 monthly, October-November $2500.00 Monthly, 
December-January $3000.00 Monthly, February-April $3500.00 Monthly.  

Off season rates can be negotiated, ask about short notice rates.  

Please email me for availability.  No reservation is confirmed until 
your check has been recieved.  A security deposit of 1/2 the rental 
rate is due upon acceptance of rental contract.  A $100.00 cleaning 
fee is required.  A separate damage deposit of 200.00 will be 
requested and will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of departure 
providing there are no damages.  Liability for damages is not 
limited to the amount of deposit.  

Full payment is due at check-in. Cashier's check, money order, or 
cash are accepted. 

Smoking only allowed outside.

Must be at least 30 years of age to rent home....photo id will be 
requested.
