     This luxurious three bedroom/three bath condo, located in the 
prestigious gated community of Ocean Hammock on the Atlantic Ocean, 
is the ultimate seaside retreat.  Enjoy miles of quiet pristine 
beach, five-star amenities including two heated swimming pools, spa, 
fitness center, a gourmet oceanfront restaurant, and much more.

     The resort also features the spectacular Jack Nicklaus 
championship golf course, which is Florida's first true oceanfront 
golf course in over 70 years, with 8 holes overlooking the ocean.  
This par 72 course is a challenge and a pleasure for players of all 
levels.

     This beautifully furnished fifth floor condo is spacious (2400  
square feet) and is professionally decorated in the British 
West Indies style with an inviting tropical ambiance.  Each bedroom 
has its own private bath and television.  The living room has a 
state of the art sound system (with individually controlled speakers 
in the bedrooms) and a wide-screen television. We have high speed 
internet connection for our guests. The balcony is very 
large and comfortably furnished with great ocean views and 
sea breezes, a perfect place to relax, read a book, or enjoy your 
morning coffee. This is the way vacations were meant to be!

     Our gourmet kitchen is a joy to work in, with granite counters 
and fully equipped with new top of-the-line appliances.  Enjoy 
candlelit dinners and family gatherings in the dining room, or dine 
al fresco on the balcony with panoramic ocean views and magnificent 
sunsets.

     If you are not in the mood to cook, dine at one of the many local
restaurants (menus and driving directions available), or enjoy an 
evening out at one of the elegant restaurants in old-town St. 
Augustine.

    

    Just footsteps from your door is the guests' walkway across the 
dunes to the beach, and there is a short walk to the two Cinnamon 
Beach Clubhouses. The oceanfront clubhouse has a heated swimming 
pool and spa, a bar, and fitness room.  Just across the street is 
located the lakefront clubhouse, with a large family pool, snack 
bar, a mini-waterpark, and a recreation room for the younger 
guests.  Teens and tweens will enjoy the fun room with a large 
screen TV, air hockey and foosball tables, and game tables.  Adults 
can exercise in the fitnesss room or escape to their own recreation 
room to shoot pool, play darts, or just relax.

     At Cinnamon Beach there are many year-round activities.  In 
addition to golf and tennis, you can bicycle down the A1A Scenic 
Byway bikepath, fish on the beach or on the intracoastal, swim, 
surf, kayak in the ocean, or enjoy a quiet peaceful walk on the  
beach.  And if you find yourself in a mood to explore, both historic 
St. Augustine and Daytona Beach are just a half hour drive from 
Cinnamon Beach.  Enjoy the sights, shopping, and local cuisine of 
old-town St. Augustine, or take the youngsters to any of the local 
attractions.  Closer to home, visit Marineland, the world' oldest 
marine attraction (now newly renovated), and many beautiful state 
parks, including Washington Oaks State Gardens, Bulow Plantation, 
and the Princess Place Reserve.

     For the golf lovers, the World Golf Hall of Fame is just a 
short drive away.  A little farther is Orlando, with world-class 
shopping and night life, not to mention Disney World, the many theme 
parks, and the Kennedy Space Center.

Weekly Rate:  $1350-$2000 weekly rate, plus $95 one-time cleaning fee. 
$250 daily rate for less than a week (three day minimum stay). Florida 
10% tax applicable.
