A spacious and spotless lakeside villa in the peaceful award winning 
development of Bridgewater Crossing. Our detached villa is located on 
a large corner plot. It has two master bedrooms with own en suite 
bathrooms, a further twin bedroom and family bathroom. The living 
area is very spacious with large Dining and Living area and Kitchen 
measuring 14x14.

Bridgewater Crossing is a traditional sidewalk community with many 
lakes ideal setting for fishing, walking. Our villa is located on the 
edge of a large pond and within a small development of just 20 villas 
on a no through road. 

Bridgewater Crossing is off Ronald Reagan Parkway which is 
within 2 miles of the I4 (junction 58) and Champions Gate and Reunion 
Just 10 mins from the entrances of Walt Disney World, All Orlando's  
Other attractions within easy reach.

On the estate we have tennis courts, volley ball court, basketball 
court, BBQ area, children's play area and a communal pool and a 45 
acre deep water lake and lakefront nature trail.

There is a gas station about 2 mins away which sells your basic 
provisions, milk, bread, butter, fruit, vegetables.

Publix supermarket, Mcdonalds, CVS pharmacy, Chinese 
restaurant/takeaway, Italian restaurant/takeaway pizza delivery and 
video rental store within 2 miles. There is also a post office 1.5 
miles. Omni Hotel at Champions Gate has a further Bar/Restaurant

Our local agent will be on-call 24 hours a day for emergencies. We 
will supply maps on how to get to the villa and some driving 
instructions to various locations within the area.

Our single storey villa is spacious, fully air-conditioned and 
furnished to the highest standard. There is a 24 x 12 privately 
screened heated pool. The pool can be heated upon request at £65/$130 
per week. We suggest this is only required between the months of 
October through to March, but you can request any time.
