you bring your laptop for a "working" vacation so that you can enjoy the purrrfect ocean view !!!!

Our condo is located very close to Seaside Beach which is merely less than 1/2 mile. 

This condo definitely has a wireless or/and Enternet cable with a high speed Internet (broadband) 
connection, and it is free.  Bring your computer and surf on the Internet while you can enjoy the 
perfect ocean view from either balcony or living room. 

Only few steps onto white sandy beaches. View the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and sit 
or sleep to the surf of the ocean.  Seeing is believing. You can cook in the newly upgraded kitchen 
with all amenities or walk to local restaurants or have pizza delivered.

You will appreciate our new completely renovated condo. Custom designer decorated. This condo has 
received the highest rating through Resortquest for the past five years! Beautiful bright cheerful 
colors and furnishings that keep you wanting to come back year after year. Make your vacation

The condo has nine foot ceilings throughout making it feel very roomy. There is a bunk area that can 
sleep two or more. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and flows into the master bathroom. 
The master contains a king-size bed, large TV Cable, DVD, VCR and plenty of storage. There is 
ceramic tile throughout that mimics the beautiful ocean color. An over sized fabulously decorated 
hall bathroom is also present. The unit contains a large washing machine 
and dryer for your convenience. The sofa in the living area becomes a queen-size sleeper which 
allows you to be lulled to sleep at night by the ocean waves. 

The grassy lawn in front of the condo unit is a perfect area for children to play. The unit is 
located on the second floor, which gives you a beautiful view of Seagrove Beach.

Refundable $175 Security Deposit is required to hold reservation, plus one-time cleaning fee $85 and 
lodging taxe of 10.65% are additional.
