and a large 120 sq ft screened in lanai. Includes 2 large TVs, DVD, 
VHS, and Internet ready Computer at no additional charge. This Condo 
is over 900sq ft and has plenty of room for 4! Beach access!

Condo rental entitles you to all the amenities the Condo owners 
enjoy, including full size heated pool, BBQ, shuffleboard, and 
fishing off our large private dock. 
All major Florida attractions are less than 90 minutes away, with 
gorgeous white sand beach just 75 yards from the property. 

Only 90 minutes to ORLANDO (Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, 
outlet malls), 45 minutes to TAMPA (Busch Gardens, Aquarium) and 60 
minutes to SARASOTA (Ringling Museum, Jungle Gardens, Siesta Key).
