This beautiful townhouse is situated just 15 minutes from Disney and 
30 minutes from Seaworld and Universal.

This luxurious complex offers you the opportunity of staying in your 
own home with lovely surroundings, whilst having the exciting 
facilities of a resort on the doorstep.

The amenities include clubhouse, tropical pool with lazy river, 
slide and jacuzzi.  There is also a bar/restaurant, and a games 
room, so the kids can enjoy themselves while you wind down with a 
nice meal and drink, without the worry of driving home at the end of 
the evening. Also in the club house is the internet cafe with 
computers, fax and photo coping facilities. If you wish to use your 
own laptop this is ok as long as it works on a wireless modem. There 
is a small childrens adventure area beside the decking area of the 
pool.  Also around the pool area is the tikki hut, which is where you 
will be provided with towels and access to inflatables.  The gym area 
provides you with up to date equipment, and within this vacinity is a 
dance/exercise room where you can participate with exercise classes 
or work out to your own dvd.  After a busy workout relax with a sauna 
or steam room, or simply enjoy the five person spa.  Beauty 
treatments are available at an extra cost within this health complex. 
The resort runs its own complimentary shuttle bus to and from the 
parks, time schedules vary according to season and is based on a 
first come first service and can be booked at front desk.  
The property has two double bedrooms, one of which is on the ground 
floor, both have en-suite.  There are two further twin rooms which 
share the third bathroom.  All bedrooms have their own televisions, 
and three also offer a dvd player.  

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, 
dishwasher, cooker etc.  There are also laundry facilities including 
a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.  

All linen and towels are provided with your stay, any additional 
linen required whilst at the property can be obtained from 
reception.  The property is fully cleaned before your arrival, 
however should you require an additional clean during your stay this 
can be arranged at an extra charge by contacting us prior to you 
travelling.
Please note reception is open 24/7 and will also be able to arrange 
tickets, and transfers to the parks.  They are also available for any 
questions you should have during your vacation.


There are parking spaces available for two vehicles at the front of 
the property.  To the rear there is a grassed area for guests to use.

Berry Town is a two minute drive and offers a wide range of 
amenities including Publix supermarket, several other outlets and 
restaurants.

Walmart is also only 5 minutes along the 27. There are several other 
retail outlets and eateries along this road.

The 192 is only a short drive, which has lots of restaurants and 
activities day and night if you wish to have a break from the parks.

Highlands Reserve golf course is situated next to the resort,this is 
a 72 par championship course.  

Within a 15 minute drive you can discover numerous amounts of top 
class golf courses.  If you are looking for a golfing break please 
feel free to request this information when making your enquiry about 
availability.

£310 - £550 per week (£50 - £80 per night)

A $250 deposit or an inprint of your credit card is required on 
checking in to the resort, as a 
security bond.  However, this is refunded if no damage has occurred 
during your stay.

The resort management will be charging $10 per night, per house for 
use of the resort facilities.  This is applicable to all reservations 
made as of 1st August 2006.  This charge is out of our control and 
will be collected when checking in.
