range of recreational, entertainment, cultural, and dining activities
are within walking distance and/or a 25 minutes drive.  Fishing,
sailing, swimming, golf, 5 star restaurants, dinner cruses, day
cruses, museums, movie theaters, etc.  Tampa and St Petersburg are
only 45 minutes away, with Orlando/Disney World less than a two hour
drive.

2007/8 Rates - On Season: November thru April:  
               Monthly - 2 to 4 persons $3,450.00/month, 
                         5 to 6 persons $3,650.00/month.
               Weekly  - 2 to 4 persons $1,150.00/week, 
                         5 to 6 persons $1,350.00/week.  
             
               Off Season: May thru October: 
               Monthly - 2 to 4 persons $3,250.00/month,
                         5 to 6 persons $3,450.00/month.     
               Weekly  - 2 to 4 persons $1,050.00/week, 
                         5 to 6 persons $1,250.00/week.
             
             A 30% Reservation Deposit is due one months prior to
             occupancy.  (All rentals less than six (6) months are
             subject to a 6.5% Florida Sales Tax and 4% Manatee County
             Tourist Tax.)
