January through April $2,150 per month.
Rental amount subject to 12.5 % tourism tax and a $70 cleaning 
fee.   
A $300 refundable security deposit is required for weekly rentals 
$500 for monthly rentals to hold reservations. 
A cancellation notice of 45 days required for weekly rental 90 days 
for monthly.
Check in on day of arrival after 3pm
Check out on day of departure by 10am
