The Villa 
Cypress is a new villa finished to an exceptional standard.
The tastefully furnished and decorated lounge with its beautiful 
vaulted ceiling overlooks the lania and pool area. Wide patio doors 
lead you out on to our large extended decking area with ample room 
for all guests.

Sun loungers, chairs and tables are all provided, allowing you to 
relax in style at the end of an eventful day around the theme parks.

There is a large decking area for sunbathing, with a covered patio 
and ceiling fans for those preferring shade.
Bedrooms and Facilities
There are 2 spacious master bedrooms with en-suite and cable TV. Two 
further bedrooms offer  accommodation for a total of 8 guests.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with large fridge/freezer 
with ice/water dispenser, big oven, microwave and dishwasher. All 
kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are also included.

There’s no need to over load cases with clothes as all facilities 
are available not forgetting the iron and ironing board.

easy reach of the villa. Southern Dunes was voted the 7th best golf 
course in Florida and one of the top 100 modern courses in the 
United States.
Within 5 minutes of the villa you will find: Greg Norman Golf, the 
new Posner Park leisure and retail complex, both Walmart and Win 
Dixie along with local shops, restaurants and a pharmacy.
