In addition, there is a $75 £40 cleaning fee.

Higher rates do apply during special event weeks (Speed Week, Bike 
Week, Pepsi 400, Biketoberfest).  Please contact me for these rates.

$300.00 £175 Deposit is needed to hold reservation, Deposit is refunded within 10 to 15 days 
after departure and provided there are no deductions for damages, 
etc.

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Check out time is 12 Noon sharp on date of departure

Cancellation Policy: 45 Days minimum notice required. If notice is 
not received in writing/Internet, reservation deposit is forfeited.
