This rental is approximately 500 Sq. Ft. of  carpeted floor space.  
Fully furnished, there are 2 bedrooms. Linens are provided for one 
full bed and a second bedroom with a twin for that third person.  
The main bath contains tub/shower combination and we provide all the 
towels. Kitchen includes new modern appliances and is fully equipped 
with everything you will need. The open floor plan combines a 
kitchen/eating area and living room. An enjoyable added addition is 
the screened lanai.

great deals. For the fisherman, try one of the many charters with 
our local captains for a day on the water chasing snook and redfish 
or go offshore for grouper.

Our location provides easy access to the towns of Florida where 
theme parks, zoos, jazz concerts and festivals will keep you busy. 
Try the Ringling Museum of Art and its recently renovated Ca d’Zan 
where you can learn about the Ringling Circus and glimpse into the 
incredible lifestyle that John and Mable Ringling maintained during

of Disney , Epcot and Universal Studios.  You may want to stop by 
and see our famous Shamu at Sea World and end your day before you 
come home to Palm Grove Rentals, at the Hard Rock Café.

   Out of season Rates for 5/1/07 to 12/31/07 are $1,200.00 per month
In season Rates for 1/1/08 to  4/30/08 are $1,600.00 per month
Seasonal rates for 3 or more months during January thru April are 
$1,500.00 per month. 
  Out of season weekly rates are $500.00 per month.
  In season weekly rates are $700.00 per month.
  Annual rates are $750.00 per month.
All rates for (6) six months or less are subject to 10.5% 
sales/resort tax.
