complex with only eight units and assigned parking under the 
building. The unit has a Direct Gulf Front 20 foot balcony with a 
heated pool right on the beach.  You can see the Gulf from the 
living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.  The sunsets 
are just beautiful!
Everything in the condo from the furniture and bedding to the 
appliances and kitchen utensils are all brand new.

Brand new King size bed in the master bedroom with new twin beds in 
the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a new queen size sofa sleeper 
and mirrored wall.
The great room has a 32" color TV with VCR,DVD and Sony CD Stereo 
Player.Both bedrooms have their own TVs all with cable reception.
There is local phone service and towels and linens are provided.  
The kitchen is fulled stocked with cookware,dishes, coffee maker, 
toaster, blender, glasses and all utensils.Appliances include a 
stove,dishwasher,side by side refrigerator, microwave and disposal.
There is a new dining table for six with three counter stools.Local 
phone service is also provided. Both bathrooms have full tempered 
glass tub and shower enclosures.There is also a washer and dryer in 
the unit.New Tru Coat Sun Deck next to pool with Gas Barbacue Grill.

There is local fishing, shelling and sunning. You are close to a 
dozen golf courses and there is lots of stuff for the kids to do. 
It's just a short drive up the beach to all the activity, shops and 
attractions of Clearwater Beach. And you won't believe the choice of 
local restaurants. Orlando and Disney World are just one and one 
half hours away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island theme parks are 
just 30 minutes away across the bay.Tampa International airport is 
also just 30 minutes away.
