Monthly Rates:
If you book for one month you will only be charged for 3 weeks (ONE 
FREE WEEK ON MONTHLY RENTALS)

Important Information:
MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS !
Holidays and special events may have higher rates, ask about any fall specials.  
There will be a $75 cleaning fee on stays LESS than 7 days.
$100.00 damage deposit required.
FL Tax 11.5% on rentals.
