Intracoastal view.  
Totally furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a full kitchen.  Our 
condo is privately owned and is not associated with the Ocean Manor 
Hotel, front desk or web site.  Because of this there isn't any room ...

Property Rates

Rates vary from $850 weekly to $2500 monthly for off season (summer) 
and $1800 weekly to $3900 monthly in season (winter).  partial week 
stays start at $400 availble in fall months only.

A $200 deposit will reserve a weeks stay (monthly stays $500).
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
There is a refundable key and security deposit.
Note: Owners' daughter (Jillian) is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
