two state-of-the-art exercise rooms, a large pool and jacuzzi area, tennis courts with 
both golf and tennis pro shops, massage rooms, meeting rooms, and a wonderful 
restaurant.

Each neighborhood has its own pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts to compliment the 
community pool and courts.  There is a wonderful preserve onsite with trails for walking, 
jogging, and biking.

A transfer fee of $106 will provide the renter with a social membership to the country 
club.  This gives full access to the clubhouse, exercise rooms, tennis courts, and 
restaurant.  This is not a golf membership, but greens fees are deeply discounted for social members.  
Fees 
range from $25 offseason to $75 inseason.

Besides golf, tennis, the pool, and jacuzzi, Ft. Myers offers great beaches, shopping, and 
entertainment.  Naples is 30 minutes south and the Everglades isn't much further than 
that.  

This property is available for a minimum period of one month by our association 
guidelines.
