Two bedroom, two bath home in a relaxing setting. A tropical lanai 
faces the canal and large dock. House has been completely 
remodeled with cool pastel colors throughout. Large backyard has 
grapefruit, orange and key lime trees. We are on a saltwater canal 
which leads to Charlotte Harbor with only one bridge. 

Home is furnished with wicker and whitewash in a typical Florida 
motif. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with adjoining private 
bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom 
has a tv, large closet, ceiling fan and lots of dresser space. Guest 
bathroom has a tub. Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/ice 
maker, new stove and overhead microwave, new cabinets & countertops, 
small appliances, dishes and flatware. Two closets with towels, 
linens, and vacuum cleaner. Living room has tv, radio, vcr.  New 
washer and dryer in large two car garage.  

Port Charlotte has a lovely beach area with boat ramps, tennis courts 
and picnic areas. Charlotte Towne Center Mall has lots of shops, 
restaurants and a movie theater.
