Located on the amazingly beautiful Navarre Beach Island, this clean 
and peaceful first floor condo is YOUR vacation hideway!  Enjoy the 
crystal clear beach water, sugar white sand and spectacular sunsets 
of Florida's Emerald Coast for a night (3 night minimum), a week or a 
month!  Perfect for couples or small families vacationing or snow-
birding.  Walk, jog, bike, jet-ski, sail, collect shells or just sit 
on the balcony, pier or poolside and savor all that this very special 
and unique place has to offer.

Fully and completely furnished!  One bedroom with King Bed, two 
comfortable Bunk Beds and one uncomfortable Queen Sleeper Sofa. Two 
Full Baths, one with shower and one with shower and tub.  Hair dryer 
and ceiling fans!

Completely stocked kitchen - microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, coffee 
pot, blender and much more.

Telephone, 2 TV's with basic cable, VCR and DVD players and 
Washer/Dryer IN unit.  Linens and plenty of towels provided.

Pool is just outside door.  Two wonderful gas grills are located in 
pool area just waiting for you to use them.

Please no smoking and no pets.  Plenty of parking and yes, wheelchair 
accessable.

While on Navarre Beach you can do ALL or nothing at all!  There is 
casual dining and a fabulous bakery on the island or take a short 
drive east to Ft. Walton and Destin or west to Pensacola for 
spectacular dining, golf, fishing and boating or major shopping.  Go 
to a water park, catch a movie or a show.  Play at the Destin Commons 
or visit the Pensacola Navel Base.  There is a binder in the condo 
with pamphlets, brochures and restaurant menus.  There is an activity 
for everyone in every age group!

DEPOSIT AND RENT: A reservation deposit of half the rent due within 
10 days of reservation. If deposit is not received, reservation will 
be cancelled. Balance of rent and security deposit due seven days 
prior to check-in.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 100.00.  Amount will be refunded within 5 days of 
check-out if no problems or issues exist from stay in unit. Thank you 
in advance for taking care of our vacation home!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation 
is made no later than 30 days prior to reservation date.  Less that 
30 days prior to reservation date, 1/2 deposit will be forfited.
