Due to the financially challenging times we are all experiencing, we would like to do our part to
encourage couples or families to be able to getaway and enjoy a beautiful yet affordable home in a
great beach location:
May - mid December (holidays excluded) 25% off weekly rates (discounts range from $375-$450 off or
2 nights free) See regular rates below and deduct discount or call for details. Tax and
outcleaning rates remain the same.
Although we strongly suggest weekly rates, we will consider nightly
rates for fill in dates (minimum 3 nights) All rates are based on
double occupancy. Maximim # guests 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3
children.
Rates are as follows:
May - Oct - from $1500.00 per week (US)
Nov - Apr - from $1800.00 per week (US)
Add $100 per week for 2009 season
Holiday Rates (long weekends) 4 night min. - from $275.00 night
Daily rate for non holidays - 4 night minimum - from $225 night
Extra nights are also available from $225 per night
All extended stays, i.e. multiple weeks or months receive DISCOUNTS
depending on lenghth of stay and season - please inquire
Outcleaning fee - $100 to cover cleaning and linens/spa and grill
No additional fees (see wi-fi access fee below) are added to utilize the pool and hot tub heaters,
UNLESS electric bill exceeds normal usage based upon average weekly charge wherein an additional $15
per day is charged for overage fees only.
All rentals subject to state tax as required by law of 11% occupancy charge.
50% deposit is due upon reservation and the balance is due 2 weeks -
30 days prior to rental. Refunds are made: With 30 days notice of
cancellation, or if the dates can be re-rented or a 10% processing
charge (or one (1) night's rental will be assessed.)
All rentals require a $1000.00 security deposit - REFUNDABLE after
inspection (returned within 3 weeks of departure)
We accept Personal checks,Certified Checks, Amex Ex,Visa, Mastercard,
Paypal(you will need an account to process charge).
Children under 12 years of age are permitted, however,our pool is NOT
fenced nor the home baby proofed. As a family ourselves, we know
there are children who have been around water most of their lives,
but we cannot assume any responsibility for accidents so contact us
to discuss exceptions.
All guests (excluding children) must be at leat 25 years or older and
a copy of a driver's license must be included in the reservation
deposit.
Daily or other domestic services can be provided at an additional
charge (assessed by cleaning lady seperately) if desired.
Free cable and DVR box provided and with an additional $20 per stay, high speed wireless internet
access can be provided along with printer.
Free long distance in US and Canada. No international carrier service (need calling card)
