Plus a $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee

A $500.00 Security Deposit is due at booking for monthly rentals and 
$250.00 Security Deposit for weekly rentals.  Security Deposit will 
be refunded 15 days after departure inspection.  Discount on long 
term rentals.
