This is our newest offering at SunTiki Cottages: Castaway 
cottage! 
Castaway cottage is a secluded 450 sq. ft. ground floor studio 
cottage located inside our complex of four beachside cottages off the 
5th Avenue beach access and Gulf Boulevard, only 1 house off the sun-
drenched white sands of newly re-nourished Indian Rocks Beach. 
The cottage features Mexican tiled floors thruout with a King 
bed, queen size leather pullout sleeper,seperate full bath w/shower 
and full size washer/dryer,and a combined living room/bedroom space. 
The cottage is equipped with 2 color cable televisions and has access 
to our SunTiki Wireless G high speed WI-FI Internet network.
Castaway cottage is equipped to sleep from two to four persons only, 
and this is the maximum number of guests that can be booked. 

The cottage is also a smoke and pet free environment. Need more space?? Check out our two bedroom

Castaway cottage features all the same quality amenities our other 
cottages provide, quality linens in bedroom and bath. The all new 
kitchen features a dishwasher/disposal,microwave, coffee 
maker,blender,refrigerator/ice maker and stove and your own full size 
washer/dryer. Outside you will enjoy the private use of the secluded 
shaded tropical courtyard and outdoor shower, the perfect place for 
enjoying your favorite novel or morning coffee and paper.

Anything you would want to do while at the beach is here, or very 
close by. Several great restaurants and shops are within walking 
distance, and many others a short drive.

There are NO cleaning or departure fee's, but 12% tax and a 
refundable $150 security deposit are additional to all quoted rates.
Holiday periods are 20% higher.
