or bike ride will bring you to the white sand beaches of Sunset Park 
or Howard Park -  - both beautiful beaches w/ picnic tables, showers,
etc. If you are interested in the tourist beaches of Clearwater, 
they are about 20 minutes south.

Tarpon Springs is a wonderful Greek village known for its great food 
and world-famous sponge divers! You can stroll through the village, 
or visit the charming downtown district with its shops and 
restaurants.

May 1 to Nov 30, 2007  Summer Rates: $1200 1-2 mos., $1100 x 3-4 
mos., includes utilities. $895 plus utilities (tenant pays elec, 
phone, cable) for 5 months or longer.

December 2007 through March 2008 Winter Rates: $2,000 per month Dec, 
Jan, or April.  February or March $2,400 per month. 

Additional Fees: 12% Tax if less than 6 months, $100 Exit Cleaning 
Fee, $50 Administrative Fee, $50 Condo Application Fee, Refundable 
Security Deposits: $500 on pre-paid leases or 1 month's rent on long 
lease.

Prepaid leases include utilities, long lease tenants pay electric, 
phone, and cable.
