The home is 100 feet and "pin high" to the par 3 #8 green and is on the 1st floor of a 2-floor building with
1715 sq ft of living space. It has ceramic floors 
throughout except for the bedrooms which are carpeted.  From the foyer 
there is a fully applianced kitchen with utensils, pots and pans, 
etc. including a dishwasher,microwave. The breakfast area has a 
glass table and 4 chairs.  The great room has a beautiful rattan glass top 
dining table and chairs.  There is a large sofa, loveseat, chair and 
entertainment armoire with television and dvd/vcr player.  
Triple sliders off the end of the great room lead to the screened in 
lanai, which has direct view of the 8th green. The lanai has a 
wicker table with 4 chairs, loveseat and coffee table. It is a nice 
expansion of the living area and a perfect place for eating any meal 
of the day. 
   The large master bedroom also overlooks the 8th green, with a king 
bed and 2 walk-in closets.  The master bath has double sinks, garden 
tub and separate ceramic shower.  All linens are furnished and there 
is a televsion and telephone with the triple dresser, night tables 
and chair.  The 2nd bedroom is in the front of the home with a queen 
bed, dresser, end tables, television and large closet.  There is a 
nice sized bathroom right across from it which would be very private 
for guests.  There is also a den with a hide a bed sofa, televison 
and chair.  Each of the rooms has a celing fan.  There is crown 
moulding, high/tray ceilings throughout.  The laundry room is 
located off the entry hall and has nice storage for golf clubs,etc.  The 
pool is just across the street. The home is on a court 
so there is minimal traffic.   

The garden home is located at The Legends Golf and Country Club, 
which is a short distance from I-75 and the airport.  Bonita Beach is 
the preferred beach because the traffic of Ft. Myers is eliminated.  
It is a gated community with a championship 18 hole golf course.  
There is a 2.5-mile walking trail, tennis courts, snack bar, pro 
shop, restaurants, computer room, card room, pool room,  work-out 
room and exercise room for aerobics of all types. Water fitness is 
also offered at the clubhouse pool.The pool has a beautiful 
waterfall and a spa located to one side and is surrounded with deck 
chairs.Everything you would expect from a country club.  
 
There is a one-time fee of $250 to transfer the golf membership. 
That allows you unlimited green fees at no additional charge.  Cart 
fees do apply. 
 
There is also a $200 exit-cleaning fee.
