Isla Del Sol is a private, tranquil island community on 350 
beautifully landscaped acres on the southern tip of St. Petersburg. 
This second floor condo is newly furnished and decorated.  It has a 
screened in porch that looks out onto a manmade lake with a 
fountain. Its master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, its own bath, 
looks out on the lake also, and has a sliding door onto the porch, 
which has a table, 4 chairs and a chaise lounge. The second bedroom 
has twin beds, and an adjoining separate full bath. The living room 
has a couch that pulls out into a queen bed, TV, VCR/DVD player, 
loveseat, chair and radio/CD player. Ceiling fans are in the living 
room, kitchen, both bedrooms, and porch.  Unit has a fully equipped 
kitchen and a dining table with 4 chairs.  Your private parking spot 
is right outside the door.  All linens are provided, as well as 
beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs,and cooler. A small combo 
washer/drier is in the utility room, as well as an on site laundry 
in the main building.  Utilities are included, as well as local 
phone calls.  A phone is in each bedroom and in the kitchen.

A short walk across the drive brings you to the heated pool area, 
with jacuzzi, that sits directly on the intercoastal waterway.  The 
main tower building has a small fitness room and a lending library.  
Fishing, boating, jet skiing, dolphin watching, golfing, shopping 
and restaurants are all nearby.  Beautiful sunsets are easily seen 
from any of the area rooftop bars! 

Unit is 2 miles from both Pass-A-Grille and St. Pete Beach public 
beaches, and 5 miles from Fort Desoto state park, which has beaches 
with picnic facilities.  Tropicana Field(Devil Rays)is 10 minutes 
away, and downtown St. Petersburg is a 15 minute drive.  Here you 
will find several museums, including The Museum Of Fine Arts, 
Salvadore Dali, and the Holocaust museum.  The Pier extends out into 
the bay, has many shops and restaurants, as well as a spectacular 
water view.  Baywalk in the downtown area features many upscale 
shops and restaurants, as well as a cinema.  Tampa or St. 
Petersburg/Clearwater airports are an easy 30 minutes away, and  
Busch Gardens is about a 40 minute trip.  Disney/Epcot is a 90 
minute to 2 hour drive.
