That 50's House! is Beautifully furnished and equipped for the traveler.  We've tried to think of 
everything you'll 
need to make your stay perfect.  The bedrooms are large; you'll enjoy two separate living areas (Den 
& Living 
Room) each with it's own fireplace; You also have two choices for dining: in the eat-in kitchen or 
the formal 
dining room; A large laundry room; a large fenced-in back yard with a covered patio that's perfect 
for barbeques 
and parties; a garage and extra parking. 

Hard-wood floors, tile/stone in baths, kitchen, hearths, & laundry room.  Tile backsplash & granit-
tile counter-
tops in the kitchen.

Linens and paper products are provided as well as soap.

Rate is for 6 guests.  There is a $20 charge for each additional guest.  There can be no more than 8 
adult guests total.

Pet Deposit: $120  If undisclosed pets are discovered, the security deposit of $250 will be 
forfeited.

Check-in 3:00 p.m.
Check-out 10:00 a.m.

Policies

Reservations:
 3 day minimum stay.  A refundable deposit of $250 is required upon booking.  It may be in the form 
of a 
personal check only if It's received at least 30 days prior to your arrival.  Otherwise, we accept 
cashier's check, 
bank money order, or traveler's check.  Upon your departure, an inspection is made to ensure no 
damage is 
present or that excessive cleaning is necessary and that all rental policies have been observed.  
Your deposit is returned to you immediately after this 
inspection.  There is also a $125 non-refundable cleaning fee and 11.5% sales tax.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Any notice to cancel or change the dates of a confirmed reservation must be received and confirmed 
no later 
than 30 days from the first day of the reservation date in order to guarantee the Renter a return of 
the security 
deposit.
