full size sliding glass door that leads to the oversized balcony.  On 
cool nights, sleep with the doors open and enjoy the sound of the 
waves! 2 twin beds in second bedroom. Sleep sofa in livingroom. 3 
swimming pools (2 are oceanfront/one which,is heated in the winter 
months and is a private pool for surfclub 1 only - never a crowd), 
tennis courts (two tennis racquets are in the condo for your use) 
volleyball court, shuffleboard, clubhouse (with small library for 
your use), boathouse with day docks on the intercoastal, underground 
parking (no reserved spots), 24 hour security.  Kitchen includes full 
size refrigerator, stove, microwave, ultra quiet dishwasher, coffee 
maker, toaster and the ever so trusted blender!  Full size 
washer/dryer.  Master bath has seperate shower, tub and dual sinks.  
You can even glance at the ocean in the mirror when you are getting 
ready in the morning!  A/C and ceiling fans throughout.  Cable TV in 
livingroom and both bedrooms. VCR's in the livingroom and master 
bedroom. Small video library (approximately 50 videos)so you don't 
have to run out to the video store. We have everything from kids 
movies, comedies, teen flicks, drama's to thrillers.  Stereo with CD

The condo is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, 
dish/washer soap, hand soap, and kitchen supplies such as condements 
(catsup, mustard, salt, pepper, seasonings, etc.)

Steps away from a quiet beach. No auto's allowed on the beach so it's 
great for small children to explore and enjoy. Coquina rocks line the 
dune (which make great adventures for kids and adults) but they do 
not interfere with the beach, surf or swimming.

If you prefer to drive on the beach, head 3 miles north to the 
Matanzas Inlet, where you can drive directly on the beach.  Be aware 
of "deep sand areas" if you do not have a 4x4.

Tennis courts available on site.  2 racquets and tennis balls are 
provided for your use. 

Surf fishing and intercoastal waterway fishing.  Local charters 
available.  

Numerous local golf courses.  

Close to Orlando attractions, St. Augustine, Daytona and Kennedy
