bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, very tropical atmosphere.  Neat and clean, 
with tile floors throughout.  Smoking is not permitted!

Easy access to the Gulf of Mexico from your 30' dock for world class 
diving, snorkeling, reef fishing, and lobstering.

We want you to walk in, and feel right at home.  You'll find the ice 
chest, beach towels, and lawn chairs all ready to use.  We tried to 
think of everything you'll need for your tropical vacation!

Master Bedroom has a Queen bed.
Guest Bedroom has a Double bed.
There is a Queen size sofa bed in the living room also.
30 foot dock, five minute boat ride to the Gulf.
There are ceiling fans in every room, central air, color cable TV, 
DVD player, linens and beach towels provided.  Washer, dryer, 
gas grill, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher 
and all cooking utensils.  Ice Maker!

Fishing, snorkeling, boating, swimming, biking,running, lobstering, 
diving, golf, tennis, beaching, and relaxing!  There are so many fun 
things to do in Marathon!

Rates are based on 1-4 guests. A $500 deposit is required to reserve 
your dates, and 11.5% tax is not included in rates.  Until 
confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
